Official Giveaway Rules 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. PURCHASE OR PAYMENT DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: Open to all 50 United States of America and Canada. Not open to previous winners, or members of their households. You must reside within the US/Canada at time of participation. Not open to US territories. You must be 18 years or older to participate. Participants must have a valid driver’s license. Immediate family members or those residing within the household of any Tart’s House Of Muscle Employee or Owner are ineligible to participate. Entries will be granted to the name of the person who made the entry. Entries cannot be made in the name of another person. By participating in this promotion, contestants are bound by these rules and regulations. Entries must be made using your own legal name. Any winner picked using a false name will be disqualified and a new winner will be decided.

Grand Prize: 1987 Suzuki Samurai Diesel 

Canadian Participation: Residents of Canada may participate in the giveaway. However, they must pay for all shipping costs of their goods to enter. Shipping the vehicle to Canada will be at the cost of the promotional winner. Any modifications that are needed to pass Canadian importation will be done at the promotional winners expense. It is the promotional winner's responsibility to pay any and all fees associated with importing the vehicle into Canada.

How to Enter:

ANY COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING IS PERMITTED:

1. Merchandise: Purchase any merchandise on Tartshouseofmuscle.com to receive entries into the giveaway. 
2. Mail-in Free Entries: To participate in the promotion without making a purchase, legibly fill out the following on a 4"x6" blank post card. Post cards  must be handwritten in black or blue ink. At the top of the post card, it must read "1987 Suzuki Samurai Diesel Giveaway" The post card must include the following information from the participant: First name, last name, address, email address, age, phone number. Participants must be eligible to enter for postcards to count towards entries. If any of this is missing, the entry will not be counted. Postcards must carry sufficient postage to be counted. Original postcards must be mailed in, no photocopies. Post cards must include return address. Send postcards to: Tart’s House Of Muscle PO Box 1265 Dunn NC 28335. Address must be exactly as stated here, or else the post office may return your forms back to you. Tart’s House Of Muscle is not liable for any postcards that are returned to sender. All postcards must be received by April 17th 2025. All postcards received after the deadline will not be counted. Limit one free mail in entry per household per day for the duration of the giveaway. Tart’s House Of Muscle is not responsible for any lost entries in the mail or any entries received late. Entries will be submitted in the name the participant used on their form, spelling and case-sensitive

Deciding the Winner: The drawing date may be moved to a later date if the value of the vehicle is not met ($20,000) by the number of entries sold. Online entries must be submitted by April 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM EST. April 20th 2025 The winner will be decided using a 3rd party random drawing service to ensure confidence in the promotion. The drawing will be broadcast on the Tarts House Of Muscle Instagram Page and Facebook Page during a live stream event. The event will take place at 5:00 PM, EST. The live stream will open 15 minutes prior to give time for participants and viewers to join in. The winner will be chosen and immediately notified. The winner will be notified via: first, a telephone call to the phone number they provided, second, an email to the email address provided and 3rd, a physical letter to the physical shipping address they provided. If the winner does not respond by April 17th, 2025, a new winner will be declared and the same process of notifying the winner will commence. Once the winner has acknowledged they won the promotion, the promotion will officially be closed. 

Vehicle Transport and Transfer of Ownership: Tart’s House Of Muscle will provide 1 free plane ticket to Dunn, NC, where the winner will receive their vehicle, the title, and all other paperwork. If the winner prefers, Tart’s House Of Muscle will ship the vehicle at the winner's expense. If the vehicle is to be shipped, the cost of the plane ticket will be contributed by Tart’s House Of Muscle towards the shipping cost of the vehicle.

Warranty: The aforementioned vehicle has no warranty expressed or implied. The promotion winner accepts all responsibility for future maintenance or repairs.  

Emissions: Due to the nature of this vehicle, it may not be smog compliant in your state. This vehicle is intended to be registered as a classic vehicle. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure the vehicle passes smog in their state if it is required by their state.

Title, Registration and Taxes: Tart’s House Of Muscle is not liable to the taxes from winning the grand prize. Said fees are the responsibility of the Promotion Winner.

Liability: Tart’s House Of Muscle and its owners are not liable for any harm, accident or death that may occur as a result of driving or operating this vehicle. Drivers and their passengers assume all risks that are involved in operating a vehicle or being a passenger. Promotion winners are responsible for inspecting the vehicle each time before they operate it. By participating in this giveaway, you acknowledge that classic vehicles require much more attention and care than modern vehicles. Aging components may lead to incident, harm or death. Classic vehicles do not meet modern safety requirements. The promotional winner assumes this risk when they operate the vehicle. Any work provided by any other shop, builder or mechanic is NOT the liability of Tart’s House Of Muscle or its affiliates. 

Return Policy (Goods): Returns for any good purchased on the website are only valid during the giveaway promotion. Once the giveaway has closed, returns will not be accepted.
